在过去与成千上万人的交往过程中我发现，很多人甚至不允许他们自己去梦想。我发现，很难去想象人类拒绝自身最伟大的能力时，那种钝化的疼痛，那是人类证明和共同创造现实的能力。

你曾降低你的希望或者束缚你的梦想、热情或想象吗？如果你这样做过，接下来的五分钟里我要求你别太现实，别删剪你的需求、梦想和渴望。只要任随你自己的思想和感情来回答下面的问题。什么是你想要的？你想成就什么？想做什么？想拥有什么？在海滩上生活、周游世界各地、建立一个家庭、创建一份事业、开始一段恋情、学习另一种语言、成为一位富翁，然后退休、游戏、育人、分享你所知道的、传递你的创造力……你想要什么？让自己的思维跳出肤浅的答案，想想你真正想要的是什么。

当你脑海中的画面变得越来越清晰时，我希望你能抓住其中的一页，并在上面加上标题：我的理想生活。写下你的理想生活，你在哪里？感觉如何？和谁在一起？你们的关系怎样？你怎样打发时间？你怎样描述你对世界的贡献？不要仅仅是翻过这一页，或者只是在你的头脑中思考这些。事实上，你应有意识地抽出一些时间来计划一下你想创造的人生和阅历。悲哀的是，大部分人用更多的时间来计划他们的婚礼，而不是他们的生活！你书面的理想生活将会实现你的每个需求、希望和所有的蓝图。每天都读一读、温习一下你的理想生活，和别人一起分享。从现在开始寻求帮助，迈出向它挺进的步伐吧！
